Board Certification

Dr. Williams is actively pursuing board certification, a voluntary process, which will place him in a distinguished group (23%) of all endodontists who have demonstrated exceptional knowledge and technical skill according to standards established by the American Board of Endodontics. Certification is a 3-part process that requires passing a written exam, oral exam, and critique of a portfolio of completed endodontic cases. Dr. Williams has completed the written exam, and plans to complete the oral exam Spring 2025. The third step will require a couple years to complete, as it follows cases over a duration of time. Certification demonstrates a commitment to the highest standard of excellence in the specialty of endodontics.
